I've placed orders with Grape & Bean twice in the last year. The experience was excellent both times. They have a good selection of high-quality, and good value, products. The web site looks good and is easy to use. Orders were processed very quickly, the products were very well packaged, and they arrived on the promised day both times. I had an email conversation with Margaret about a message to include with the second order and she was exceptionally responsive and helpful. It's become difficult to send gifts to people in Ireland from outside the EU, so I'm very pleased to have found this excellent service in Ireland.

The wine I initially ordered was not in stock. They contacted me almost immediately and offered a change, which I happily accepted. Customer service appears to be an area in which the company thrives. As for delivery, I cannot fault a thing. Delivery was quick, easy, and the bottle was well packed to ensure there was no damage.
