Very good ground beef. It was lean enough to not shrink down to nothing when cooked but still just enough fat to keep it flavorful.

For me, it is perfect, packed in 1 pound packages, and the taste of the beef, the flavor is wonderful! I sometimes find a little piece of gristle, but that’s really OK cause our body can use it. I may end up ordering even a higher fat contact the next time, as I am, almost, and I have to say almost, a total carnivore. So the fat is important, and the grass fed grass finished is important as well because if that’s most of what I’m eating, I want to have the best nutrition available!

Its clean meat, but something has changed the last year. It taste different, cooks different??? I have tried others and nothing cooks like this meat?? You fry it and the center stays pink, even mixed it with other meat to test and you have a pink layer swirled through the cooked meat of the other brand. Not sure what's up with it. But it's very clean it ok, but I don't love it.
