Pulled pork is a heat and serve product with many quick meal options that await your imagination.
Ingredients: Pork, BBQ Sauce (water, honey, tomato paste, organic cane sugar, organic sucanat, vinegar, salt, molasses, spices [black pepper, chili powder, mustard, celery, turmeric, cloves], onion, natural hickory smoke flavoring).
Heating Suggestions: For best results, thaw prior to heating. Heat thoroughly using microwave, sauce pan, roaster, water bath, oven steam table, or skillet.
Each pouch container averages 1.5 pounds. (24 oz)
Our farms are much different than conventional pig farms. On conventional farms, pigs are often kept in overcrowded pens and also administered antibiotics.
US Wellness Meats pigs are pasture-raised on family farms. They spend their entire lives roaming and rooting in green pastures. Pigs are foragers, and our pigs are outdoors every day (weather permitting) to forage for bugs, sticks, roots, etc. Since pigs have a single stomach, unlike the four-chambered stomach of cattle, we cannot raise a healthy animal on grass alone, so their diets are supplemented with non-GMO grains. They have never been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones.

Love the taste & also use your Barbecue Sauce on it. The price is kind of high & I have been getting big hunks of grizzle in each package over the last year or so, that is why I did not give it 5 stars for quality

I was very disappointed with how the quality of this product has changed. It was loaded with large chunks of fat and skin. It took me about a half an hour to just pull out 5ozs of meat and pick out all the fat and skin. The meat tasted different. It was extremely fatty and not nearly as good as before.

The taste was good, but the texture was too smooth for me. Almost like a spread with a few chunks/ stringy pieces of meat that weren't as blended. Will not repurchase.

Some may like it but it was WAY too sweet for me..I wish they would first brine the pork so that it doesn't make the blood sticky, since pork & duck should be brined or cured before eating, but also wish they could use much less sugar to sweeten since it was too sweet. Meat was fairly tender, so that's why I give it a higher rating
