I know Liver is a superfood, and incorporating Braunschweiger is an easy way to ensure my husband and I are getting enough liver. I use it to make deviled eggs. What sets this Braunschweiger apart from all the others I've seen (especially grocery stores) is that there is no pork or preservatives or other such junk in Wellness Meats Braunschweiger. Love, love, love it!
