I wanted to love this. The ingredients are wonderful and I love most liver sausages. But the texture is weirdly wet and crumbly at the same time. The taste is fine but I just can't get past the weird mouth feel.

I think the challenge here is that I am a German that was expecting a Braunschweiger liverwurst. Well, this is beef and not pork and I suppose as good as it could be for a plain beef liver sausage. It is simply a plain beef liver pate.
