This meat is delicious and the perfect lb weight for me to cook and get several more meals from it during the week. Easy to slice for sandwiches or just eating by itself as a snack on the go. I cooked it on air fry in a toaster oven and it was fine but next time I will bake at a lower temp so it won't get dry on the outside.
