Love the taste of this cut. We place them in a frying pan put the lid on the pan and slow cook in the oven yummy. Also helps with the chewiness of this cut. I prefer this cut of skirt steak over the standard cut they sell. My wife and I must have ordered more then 250 of these over the years.

If you like a skirt steak with more fat this is the one for you. We just aren’t fans and prefer the leaner cuts. The flavor is still good as is the overall quality.
