Definitely better than the 8 oz versions. Cut flatter and bigger. It cooked better than the 8 oz steak more even I like my steak rare and edges came out more cooked than the center by a lot

Great steak to split with others for dinner. Learned grass fed meat cooks quicker than regular steaks.

One of our favorite cuts, delicious!
I've ordered these for many years. NEVER had a negative experience. I would prefer that the free shipping be for smaller amounts, but it is easier all around as long as there is freezer space. I'd like to note that the packaging is so good that even a steak that had fallen to the back of the freezer was prime quality even after ONE YEAR in the freezer.

Not the best by any means. Beef was tough, had lots of fat.
Very high quality grass fed steak. Tastes great-not like some grass fed meat which can be gamy.

The NY strip steak was delicious but not as tasty as the tenderloin kabobs
