The ribeye is inconsistent. Sometimes it is great! Other times it can be tough. And NO it is not how I cook it. I am a great cook. It is the meat. Sometimes it is just not good.

The petite filet one out of 2 was thicker the other one was ok.. the ribeye had a band around that was difficult.. had alot of stringy meat that tough.. I know how to cook steaks.. hot pan flipping every 30 sec.. I flipped ribeye 2 times let rest 10 minutes… sorry .
