We purchased 12 ribeye steaks, so far, 3 out of 6 had a noticeable foul smell (not sour smell) when we cut them and opened them up. I’m a little nervous to open the ones left. The packaging on your meat has ZERO information on the packing date or expiration date or that the meat is grass fed, as other companies do. (Attached picture.) This makes us wonder how long your meat has been sitting in your freezer until it is shipped to the customer! Although your website states that the meat is grass fed, that information is not on the package. Why should customers just trust the statements on your website?
