This is my go-to meal, along with a goat or raw cow cheese. SO healthy, and so easy. I cheat by eating this and the cheese with crackers, but that's not a huge cheat.

The beef salami is a tie for me with the beef summer sausage. Both have excellent taste and are pure and wholesome without a lot of added, unwanted ingredients. I usually cut a few slices to put in a glass bowl with a lid and keep in the fridge. I must say they don't stay in the fridge very long as the slices are easy finger food. A nice appetizer or snack for sure.

I'm not sure what it is there are round black/brown balls sometimes in the salami that is annoying to chew maybe its pepper not ground up fine enough but when they aren't present its perfect a little too small for the price but these aren't complaints you asked for my thoughts
