I have purchased this in the past and it turned out really tasty. I recommend lower temperatures and slower cooking times when cooking grass fed, grass finished meats. It helps prevent the meat from getting tough or dry. I appreciate the fatty cuts of meat to help get the flavor and tenderness. Try it and see for yourself!

I keep learning how to cook grass-fed beef correctly. This roast I cooked in the oven covered and with a little water at 300° for 2 hours then dropped the heat down to 275° for another hour. It came out so delicious and tender I was impressed!! The key is low heat and not too long on time. I keep trying different cuts of meat to find what I like and this is one to keep!
