I love to marinate it in olive oil, salt and pepper for a couple of days and then pan fry in a cast-iron and it comes out. Absolutely delicious the best ever.

A bit chewy and stringy No where nearly as good as the ny strips. I love a good Skirt stk, but these were just ok. My local butcher has much higher quality skirts for the $$.

Been buying these forever. On rare occasion I get a tough one, but the majority have been very, very tender and tasty. So good I just use a little salt, no need for sauces or marinades.

Meat was dark and had that true grass fed look and taste. Just need to improve the affordability of these products so its more sustainable for a larger number of people. Some people will not like the taste because they are used to grain fed, factory farmed red meat.
