This is the perfect sized hamburger that works for us. It is small enough so that we are able to eats French fries with it! And it tastes SO good!

Normally I buy the Italian or Polish sliders. This time I wanted something with no added spices. To me they are a small burger. When I want something in between I can grab one or two. I season them to my own taste with Redmond Sea Salt. I just pick one them up like finger food and enjoy. Fine for me right out of the refrigerator. I don’t have to picky. 😀

I use these when I want my own healthy egg/sausage McMuffin. Top with poached egg water buffalo mozzarella cheese, tomato, and homemade hollandaise sauce. Move over McMuff you have nothing on these sliders.

Even though I love the bigger patty size, these are my favorites. They cook up perfectly rare to medium rare. Perfect for lunch size. I don’t use the microwave, so warming a rare burger in a toaster oven at work is perfect.

These beef sliders are tasty and very convenient, as they are already formed. The flip side is that they are become misshaped when removing from this packaging. Also, if you only want to cook 2, then you have to repackage 4 of the burgers and then re-freeze them. It probably works well for a bigger appetite or a bigger family.
