Organ meats are the most nutrient dense parts of an animal. The spleen is especially high in Iron, Vitamin B12, Potassium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Selenium, Vitamin B2, Niacin, Copper, and Vitamin C along with numerous Amino Acids.
Beef spleen can be fried, slow simmered, grilled, or roasted.
Vacuum Sealed Package contains approx. 1.25 lbs Beef Spleen.

It was my first time cooking and eating spleen. I grilled it in an attempt to dry it up. but it was still so chewy and didn't taste good at all. So the rating is not a reflection of the product but my ignorance on how to enjoy it.
