The meat is top notch, shipping is always quick, and frozen solid on delivery, even in hot weather. Great company to deal with! The only problem I see happening is the frozen solid steak/meat put on top of each other is causing rips/tears in the vacuum seals. Many of the vacuum seals are broken, either during packing, and/or shipping. The loss of vacuum seal, causes freezer burn, shortening freezer time. In my opinion, more cushioning between hard frozen meat would help this issue.

I purchased 8 T-Bone steaks in my last order and every one of them were grislily. The order arrived on time and everything was frozen solid. I have had other orders of Ribeye that were perfect.

I have ordered from other meat companies, distributors of grass-fed grass finished meats. Us Wellness by far has the best tasting most flavorful beef I have had.
very tender and it absorbs the season flavor well. i have put steak rub 1 hr before grilling and it penetrates the steak.
I won’t be ordering the t bones steak again. Very disappointed in taste.
Pasture raised Beef is the way to go . Cattle with plenty of chlorophyll in their diet is excellent for human consumption . Thank God for US Wellness , They do not cut corners

Bad packaging [broken plastic vacuum seal] leads to dried-up, darker, stale taste... Multiple inquires and emails sent out, no answer. I am taking my business elsewhere.
