These were tender and delicious and very high quality. I didn’t make kabobs but instead did an Indian curry. Big hit! Just be sure to use coconut or avocado oil and not the ubiquitous toxic “vegetable oil” usually recommended and guaranteed to ruin the beef, your brain and your health.

These are a good choice to throw in the crock pot with some veggies but I wouldn't consider them kabobs as they are all different sizes and thicknesses. Slow cooking them also provides a nice tender bite. Can't say how they'd be grilled as kabobs because I haven't used as such.
