My 12 year old son who doesn't love red meat at to start with what skeptical when I stated what we were having for dinner. Once he tried the butt steak for the first time, he absolutely devoured it and came back asking for more!! These are going to now become a staple in our house! Great alternative to a filet! Great flavor, texture, and I can't wait to order more. We purchased 8 and already down to 2. We actually had them 2 days in a row!!!!! One note, one of the steaks wasn't completely sealed completely so when defrosting juices leaked out.
