Our delicious pasture-raised, heritage pork loin roasts are BONELESS and ready for your oven, smoker, or slow roaster. Slice into loin chops, cook as a whole roast, or enjoy amazing pulled pork. The aroma of this roast cooking will have your mouth watering.
There's a little more fat on the pork loin than on the tenderloin. This extra fat makes it flavorful, juicy and tender.
We have a limited quantity of these savory pork roasts ready to prepare for your table.
Each Boneless Pork Loin Roast averages 2 lbs
Our farms are much different than conventional pig farms. On conventional farms, pigs are often kept in overcrowded pens and also administered antibiotics.
US Wellness Meats pigs are pasture-raised on family farms. They spend their entire lives roaming and rooting in green pastures. Pigs are foragers, and our pigs are outdoors every day (weather permitting) to forage for bugs, sticks, roots, etc. Since pigs have a single stomach, unlike the four-chambered stomach of cattle, we cannot raise a healthy animal on grass alone, so their diets are supplemented with non-GMO grains. They have never been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones.

I love this roast! Very lean. I make it with saurkraut, or sliced and baked with onions. Sometimes I pound slices out, bread them and air fry for 10 minutes. Very nice!

Never cooked a pork loin before. This was absolutely delicious. Extremely easy to prepare, and cook. I used a dry rub, and cooked it in the oven. I love USWellness meats. Have been buying from them for several years.

Actually, I was disappointed in this roast. It was pieced together, held together by that mesh thingy, uneven surfaces. Extremely fatty—I know it’s a fatty cut of meat, but seriously…I’m nearly 74, cooked this type of roast a number of times in my life, but was disappointed in this pork shoulder; I expected better from US Wellness Meats. 😟
