We made this corn beef for St. Patrick’s Day. I was very impressed with not only the quality but the flavor and it doesn’t have all the processed garbage that regular corn beef has in it. I can honestly say this was the best corned beef I have ever eaten.

This is the best corned beef I've had. It does sell out a lot, especially around St. Patrick's Day! I try to wait for a code or sale because I usually buy less expensive cuts of meat. But this is a special treat, and after all, eating healthy is an investment. Thank you, Wellness Meats!

I made this for St. Patrick's Day. I braised it in a slow cooker with unsalted beef broth and added cabbage, carrots, and potatoes to the last couple hours of cooking. The meat came out tender and the cabbage and potato were infused with wonderful flavor. The pickling spices came in their own small bag so it was easy to remove them before serving. I will definitely buy this again.

Hubby said he really liked it. I would have liked it better without the citric acid. Citric acid today is not from lemons and limes...it's made in a lab from black mold

However, after conducting further research, we have decided to phase out the use of citric acid in all our products. We will first cycle through our current inventory of Corned Beef and replace any instances of citric acid with the original lemon juice.
