Each package contains 2 (6 ounce) Fresh Cut Pork Chops. The package averages 12 ounces.
Our farms are much different than conventional pig farms. On conventional farms, pigs are often kept in overcrowded pens and also administered antibiotics.
US Wellness Meats pigs are pasture-raised on family farms. They spend their entire lives roaming and rooting in green pastures. Pigs are foragers, and our pigs are outdoors every day (weather permitting) to forage for bugs, sticks, roots, etc. Since pigs have a single stomach, unlike the four-chambered stomach of cattle, we cannot raise a healthy animal on grass alone, so their diets are supplemented with non-GMO grains. They have never been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones.

Packages had holes in them so everyone I defrosted in the refrigerator left pork juice everywhere. Bone pieces in pork chop downside. Amazing taste!

I will have to find recipes for this type of meat, without much fat, the chops were a bit "firm" after cooking, but I am pleased to have a source for happy and kind pig farms.

The pork chops have a good flavor. They are cut very unevenly. One chop is always very fat about 1 inch and the other is about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

This time the pork chops where cut unevenly one chop was thick and the other was small and thin. Other then that they were very good and very fresh.

I love these pork chops! They are so quick and easy to make and they are so juicy and flavorful! I just use a little EVOO, throw on some seasoning and let them go. They only take about 15-20 minutes on the stove top! I don’t have to heat up the house by turning on the oven.

These are delicious. Only complaint is that the two chops were very unequal in size due to a poor cutting job. Had to re-cut it to make two servings out of it.

WOW!!! These were absolutely the BEST pork chops that I have ever had. This was my first time trying pastured pork and I could not believe how tender, juicy, and flavorful this meat was. I can't wait until I order these again.
