Very well packaged and delivered! The ground bison is very lean and exactly what I was looking for. The taste and quality of the meat is the best. A huge difference from our local supermarkets that only carry grain finished bison which to my mind ruins the nutritional value and flavor. We only eat 100% grass fed meats and while this is only a bit more expensive it’s absolutely worth it.
