Tasmania is slightly larger than the state of West Virginia and covered with some of the finest grass in the world.

This is the second time I’ve ordered this cut and it won’t be my last!!! I sous vide this roast for 24 hours at 131 degrees and out comes a super tender flavorful roast!!! Great value for the money!

This is one of our favorites for a good old-fashioned meal in a slow cooker. Add carrots, potatoes, onions, and youre set!!

Only purchased it twice, but it was so tender, we used it for a lot of different dishes. I cooked it in the crock pot...it fell apart and was really flavorful. I think it was alot of meat for the price.

It's very large piece of meet. I kept it for 3 hours in oven on 400 degrees, and it was raw inside. I would recommend cutting it beforehand or buying smaller piece. I can tell nothing about the taste as it wasn't properly cooked.
