LOVE the taste. If I had to find a problem with it, it would be the thickness. I can barely eat a regular lamb chop. So, I cooked it and froze some of it.

The last time I had lamb chops was as a kid growing up, so I was excited to try them again. They didn't seem to be as meaty as I expected (a lot of bone) They, also didn't taste as good as I expected. I, probably, set the bar too high for this item. I might give them another chance at some point but since I'm a creature of habit, I'll probably go with my favorites.

As a lamb eater have tried many cuts from various places and I always cook these in the same manner: wipe dry- season and sear all sides in cast iron pan then finish in oven: these I am sorry to say were extremely tough except for the tenderloin side and not as flavorful as expected- would be hesitant to buy again- though the ground lamb cooked up perfect for a shepherds pie-
