The chickens are raised in floorless schooners which are moved daily to fresh pasture. Chickens are great foragers and enjoy the variety of grasses, bugs, and legumes in the pastures. They also have a lot of room to move and scratch.
The chickens are given a mineral-rich grain ration that contains no hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs.

I make cutlets using this ground chicken and fry them only using grass-fed butter. The taste is great, and everybody loves them. Again, the prices are high and not everybody can afford to purchase this product. I understand that everything is going up in prices, but please do not use that for the excuse too much. Thank you!
