Hand-crafted in small batches from whole A2-A2 milk. A2-A2 milk has a unique protein profile that is easier to digest than A1 milk.
Highest heat temperature: 107 deg. F
All natural. No antibiotics or artificial growth hormones.
US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's.
Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days.
Ingredients: Raw whole milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cultures.
Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.

Love this Colby Cheese. This has vitamin K and is low histamine plus raw. What more could you ask for? I buy in bulk and freeze them. Tastes great!!!

This will sound so dramatic but it’s 100% genuine. As a self proclaimed cheese lover, this is by far the best cheese I’ve ever tried. It is so rich and creamy and is unlike any cheese I’ve ever tried. I’m definitely purchasing this cheese instead of traditional grocery store cheese from now on.
