Can I give 10 stars? The texture is like butter, and it's rich and creamy and just amazing to eat by itself or in a toasted cheese sandwich. It stayed fresh for a good amount of time, off course I ate it up pretty fast. It is a bit expensive for the amount, but any good cheese is going to cost some extra. Worth it for a special treat.
