US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's. Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days. Ingredients: Raw whole milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cultures, crushed red pepper, jalapenos. Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.

I wish there was another way to package the cheese; plastic isn't something our family uses often. I would love a paper barrier between the package just so plastic doesn't touch the cheese. Thank you.
