A2-A2 milk has a unique protein profile that is easier to digest than A1 milk. Highest heat temperature: 107 deg. F All natural. No antibiotics or artificial growth hormones. US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's. Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days. Ingredients: Raw whole milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cultures. Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.

Love this Monterey Jack Cheese. This has vitamin K and is low histamine plus raw. What more could you ask for? I buy in bulk and freeze them. Tastes great!!!
