Raw and Aged Grass-Fed Sharp Cheddar Cheese is a classic. A firm cheese aged longer than mild cheddar for a sharper, yet slightly sweet flavor.
Hand-crafted in small batches from whole A2-A2 milk. A2-A2 milk has a unique protein profile that is easier to digest than A1 milk.
Highest heat temperature: 102 deg. F
All natural. No antibiotics or artificial growth hormones.
US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's.
Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days.
Ingredients: Raw whole milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cultures.
Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.
