I hadn't been able to find salt-free cheese, locally, for quite a while...when Tillamook stopped making theirs in the 90's, the only salt-free cheese that I was able to locate was from overseas...the shipping costs were crippling! I ran across the above, by accident, and because I was trying to get away from eating heavily salted foods, it was a good bulk buy, with great ease of shipping, within the U.S. :>)
