US Wellness Meats' Ribeye Pork Chop is a backyard griller's delight. Weighing 16 ounces, the frenched bone-in ribeye will draw a crowd around the grill counting down the minutes to serving time. The pork on the grill is from outside raised heirloom breeds prevalent in the 1960s. The Berkshires, Tamworth, Durocs, Hampshires, and Spotted Whites were known for their intramuscualar fat which produces the wow effect when sliced and served. Modern 21st century pigs produce much leaner muscle which impacts flavor. As a bonus, these pigs are antibiotic free and hormone free from birth! Their outdoor diet is supplemented with Non GMO grain. Each package contains 1 Ribeye Pork Chop averaging 16 ounces. Our farms are much different than conventional pig farms. On conventional farms, pigs are often kept in overcrowded pens and also administered antibiotics. US Wellness Meats pigs are pasture-raised on family farms. They spend their entire lives roaming and rooting in green pastures. Pigs are foragers, and our pigs are outdoors every day (weather permitting) to forage for bugs, sticks, roots, etc.  Since pigs have a single stomach, unlike the four-chambered stomach of cattle, we cannot raise a healthy animal on grass alone, so their diets are supplemented with non-GMO grains. They have never been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!!! For many years we have stayed away from the majority of pork products as I found pork to not have any flavor. This is actually why I initially wanted to try your products! I was out to dinner and had an amazing pasture raised bone in pork chop at a upscale restaurant and I wanted nothing more to make one at home. My 12 year old wasn't a big fan of pork until he tried your Ribeye Pork Chop!!!! These are going to be regular dinner item for my family!!! Oh and one chop could honestly feed two people!!!

My favorite pork from U. S. Wellness. Cooked slow and low on stove top when I'm at home, or in slow cooker with sauerkraut and mini potatoes when I'm out and about. Either way, this generous cut is a mini-roast never overdone outside to get inside done and tender.
