These are amazing. I love to cook them with cabbage and onions. Sort of a Greek and Southern US fusion. The packaging is difficult because of the volume. I make two recipes so I repackage to thaw separately.

These rustic lamb sausages are really fantastic! Even more importantly, they're CONSISTENTLY fantastic! I've ordered them many times. They are FULL of flavor and I don't need to add a single thing to them to make a super tasty meal. Not even a pinch of salt is needed. They are one of the very best products I've ever ordered from US Wellness meats and I order and like a lot (pretty much most) of what they offer. Don't hesitate to try these at least once! Full of healthy fat provided by the lamb but not dripping with oil and fat either. It's very well balanced in all aspects. 5 stars all the way with this product!
