The absolute BEST. The most unique product of all the online stores and 10x more flavorful than the stuff from our local butcher which sounds so delish but description but never live up. We stir fry these up with bell peppers and other veg that really compliment a mediterranean flavor profile. We are always happy when it's time to place another other and these are in stock.

These are amazing--easily the best lamb sausages I've ever had. Not only are the seasonings perfect, but the lamb itself really shines, and the texture is just right, tender and neither dense nor coarse. If you get nothing else here, buy these.
