Guys, this bacon was quite awful. It was so salty that I literally could not eat it. I spent more on this bacon than I make in an hour of work as a school bus driver. It was a huge investment and absolutely not worth it. I was scared to eat the bacon ends, but I made those today and they were fabulous. I do not know what happened with this bacon but it was terrible.

I've purchased this products for years and the quality and packaging has gotten worse over that time. It use to be almost thick-sliced, not quite, but close enough. The last 3 orders have been sliced extremely thin, almost unable to separate them without shredding the slices. The slicing and packaging machines create a blob of erratic clumps barely resembling slices. The last order's first package was nothing more than a block of lard with virtually no muscle at all. Quality control unacceptable. May need to look elsewhere.....
Very tasty, I bought some store bought to get me by, until my order arrived, no comparison, these have the best flavor.
