We've DICED our Sugar Free Pork Belly. Slow cook to make a tasty pork sandwich or wrap or fry it up for your salad. Renders a nutrient rich lard for cooking. This is fresh pork belly and has not been cured or smoked.
Add some USWM special recipe BBQ sauce and you've got a tantalizing treat! They are a healthy snack for kids or a perfect topping for casseroles and green beans. No sweeteners have been added.

Each DICED Sugar Free Pork Belly package weighs approximately 1 pound.
Our farms are much different than conventional pig farms. On conventional farms, pigs are often kept in overcrowded pens and also administered antibiotics.
US Wellness Meats pigs are pasture-raised on family farms. They spend their entire lives roaming and rooting in green pastures. Pigs are foragers, and our pigs are outdoors every day (weather permitting) to forage for bugs, sticks, roots, etc. Since pigs have a single stomach, unlike the four-chambered stomach of cattle, we cannot raise a healthy animal on grass alone, so their diets are supplemented with non-GMO grains. They have never been administered antibiotics or added growth hormones.

Diced pork belly is an excellent idea for those who just don't have the time (or the teeth) to mess with a whole pork belly. This is a quick fix with little 'bites' loaded with flavor. I'm so glad that USWM offers this item.

They are really good. I just wish that all the meats can be wrapped in paper and then plastic as we are ingesting too many microplastics

I really like the diced pork belly. It is sugar and chemical free which is very important to me. I just wish it were also salt free since my daughter struggles with water retention when she eats salted foods. I love the convenience of not having to cut up a pork belly portion.
