I was not expecting that this item was going to be packaged into three or four pieces. It is not accurate to call it whole when it comes in separate pieces.

Absolute highest quality beef I’ve found. I’ve purchased different grocery store NY Strip that’s “100% grass fed and finished”, but that taste/flavor, density of the meat, tenderness, even the look/color of that meat doesn’t match THIS Striploin.. for the same price per pound. Purchasing it as the entire loin then portioning it and vacuum sealing is my go solution for beef purchases from now on. Hands down, the best. Very Happy and will continue to be a customer!
I cut these into one pound steaks. Easy to cook taste great. plus the price was decent. I purchased these a second time because they are very good.
Life does not get much better than this when you are enjoying these striploins.

What is the deal I called customer service the packaging was ripped they told me it happened in shipping I sent them pictures I received no response let meat tastes good but who wants meat in ribbed packaging is there anyone who can afford me some satisfaction or at least a response?
Can’t believe how tasty it is
Honestly, I bought this because USWellness was out of the rib-eye primal. I eat this raw, so I can tell you that it’s a great cut of meat: tender with good texture.
Been ordering this for over a year now. Some cows are better than others, but the last order was fantastic!

Food of Kings.
Strip loin was both .5lbs light as well as had a hole in packaging. this lead to the meat being oxidized and tasting horrible. Nobody wants 6.5 lbs of brown off tasting meat. Seriously these are the worst ny strip strikes I've ever had in 35 years of living.

I feel they should trim it a little better. However. Next time perhaps I'll make some cracklings with the fat.

Like all of the other US Wellness Meats products I have ate the Whole Primal Beef Strip loin is juicy, tender and delicious. I normally cut up the whole Strip Loin into steaks, salt and pepper then cook on the barbecue to medium. I freeze what I don't cook and save for the next meal. The meat always arrives carefully packed and fresh.
I love the option of the whole Primal. I can save money on great cuts of beef!!
Before I sit down to eat this amazing steak, I contemplate the simple, undeniable truth that no person anywhere on earth or at any time in history has ever sat down to eat anything more delicious and gratifying, and as I enjoy it, I feel at peace with myself and the world knowing that no one, neither king nor billionaire nor celebrity, has it better than me right now -- no one ever has. If you don't buy this to treat yourself, raise your right arm with open hand and slap yourself briskly across the side of your face.

Great taste!
I slice it into thick steaks and repackage/freeze them in vacuum packs. MUCH cheaper than ordering the prepackaged NYSteaks, and in my opinion equally good. More work/less cost but wonderful grassfed steaks for not that much...
