I had trouble downloading the book at…

I had trouble downloading the book at first, then the very next day I requested a full refund and NEVER heard anything back! They advertise 100% guarantees but they are lying, if you are lucky enough to get the book it’s nothing but common sense, no new knowledge as they claim, and NO guarantee, if you aren’t satisfied oh well, you are still out your money. I don’t recommend buying this book unless you just have $30 to throw away

Do NOT buy from this company

Do NOT buy from this company. It is a total scam. I ordered the book. Nowhere did it say it was an e Book only. The ad shows a pic of a paper and print book. I have emailed them FOUR times. They have never responded. I live on a fixed income and every cent counts. But I so wanted to do the best for my new puppy. Shame on these people.

Training Australian Cattle dogs…

Add came up for Australian Cattle dogs on FB. After looking up the website and doing a little investigating, it would seem that they claim to offer specialist training for different dog breeds. However they have EXACTLY the same spiel for all breeds word for word… only the names of the dog and supposed dog “expert” are changed. There is clearly NOTHING specialist about it! It is obvious that this is complete BS and created by AI. Don’t waste your time or money on this. It is a Scam!!!

I was able to download the book I…

I was able to download the book I purchased. However, I didn't download the free books included in the transaction at the same time. I have been unable to get the other books and have received no response to my queries. The author promises to answer all emails and help with the training. Not including her email does cut down on questions, I'm sure. Just disappointed in the lack of accessability. I do like the one book I received though which does justify a 2 star.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased but I was desperate. Book was basic info you can find anywhere. No response from 'customer service'.

should be a negative number review

I would put a - number if it were possible. I paid for 100% guaranteed book, it was useless and certainly not worth a dime, let alone $29. I tried customer service 3 times with no reply. I am now challenging it on my credit card. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM because that is all it is.

I ordered the book and paid for it

I ordered the book and paid for it. They forced me to download Kindle. Never got the book. Emailed them to get my $26.95 back. No customer service. No refund. This is a scam.

I havent purchased from Grateful Paw because…

I haven't purchased from GratefulPaw.com because when checking further, for info specific to a Bichon Frize I found identical websites for four different breeds Lab, German Shepherd, Bichon Frize & Boxer with four different authors BUT identical glowing reports from 2 identical people for each of the 4 different breeds on their websites. Interestingly one of the reviews uses the same name for their pet on each different review. The wording on each site is absolutely identical with only the author and breed being changed. They offer identical looking books at an identical price ($26.95), with identical 'freebies'. It seems pretty fishy to me and this is why I didn't purchase.
