Update: Finally spoke with them. I’m not giving more than 3 stars because it still has taken months to have a proper conversation. Hopefully their customer service improves and I hope the product is actually worth all of the effort....

I missed a call from them...they gave me an ext to call, left a message, and still haven't heard back. I have been so clear in numerous calls and emails about what I need, so it would have been nice had they just answered my questions on my voicemail but I guess that is asking too much.

Cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss my $1000 product.....it’s been weeks. I feel like this is a scam. I would not recommend this company.

Had a few issues with product and manager. But Stephanie from customer services really helped and rectified the situation. I am so grateful for all her help she was awesome and a great asset to the company hence my 4 stars!!!

I love these organic products. My personal favorite is the gratiae eye serum, my eyes never felt better.

I bought 2 products on my last trip to the United States and they are simply fantastic. I found the products in the Woodbury Premium Outlet NY and the seller was simply fantastic as well as the products of that brand.

Truly great products! worth the the money and i see it as an investment to my skin so 2 thumbs up :)

I ordered product on June 6, 2017. It was to be shipped within 2 days. A week later I contacted customer service and spoke with Chelsie. She said the sample was out and she would replace it with another sample and ship it right away. Waited another week, nothing received. Called again spoke with Chelsie, sample product issue again. I told her just send what I ordered and skip the sample. June 27th still nothing received. Called and she sent me the FedX tracking #. FedX had received the information and created the label but had not received the package. Contacted Chelsie and she said she would check on it and call me right back. Two days later no call back and no one at the phone # or customer service answers the phone. Guess I am just out $181.99 dollars. I wonder if this review will make it on this site. As of June 29. I called Customer Service and Chelsie answered, she had sent an e mail where she was having my order overnighted by FedX and apologized for all the mix up on my order and offered to send me extra product because of all the inconvenience. I checked on the new tracking number and the package has been received and is on its way. So I have given them 4 stars. If my next order goes smoothly I will give them 5 stars as I love the products I have used. Chelsie sounds like she is very busy and trying to do the best she can. Chelsie, thanks for restoring my confidence in ordering from Gratiae, Premier .

My jar of renewing moisturizing cream went bad and so I contacted Gratiae customer service. Chelsie responded quickly and was very helpful. After sending proof of purchase and photos of the defective item to her, she promptly approved and sent a replacement jar. I am very grateful for her help :)

I placed my order on-line but had an issue with overbilling. I called the company the next day and spoke with Chelsie. She was wonderful and promptly refunded my money. Love the products, love the company!

This is a high quality product that smells great and goes on light with great coverage. I love that it comes in a glass jar too. I hope more scents will be added to their line in the future.

I am so happy with all of the Gratiae products that I have purchased. Besides feeling very light on your face and body, your skin starts looking more radiant and young within a month. I especially love the Brightening Soin Blanc Target Spot Treatment. I have a skin condition called Melasma where I suffer from dark pigmentation. This product is amazing!! and organic. I can't forget to mention the customer service at Gratiae. It is excellent with products being shipped quickly and any questions being answered right away.
