Great Minecraft Server Hoster
Its a great hosting tool I used to use shock byte in the past. It was way more expensive, but it runs the same as gravel host. Gravel host runs cheaper with the same amount of quality. My only problem is with the modpack feature that when adding modpacks occasionally it doesn't work with the modpack, but if I added it normally it works with most modpacks.

I messed up a lot of stuff up because first time doing this
It's my first time buying server hosting, so when I saw I bought vps hosting (have no idea what that was) instead of an ark server I was panicking thinking I bought the wrong server... I messed up my gmail, had no idea what I was doing but the supp I got made my day, turns out I didn't mess the server thing but I did mess the mail. However I got guided with patience and got clear instructions, after just 30 minutes I got the server and I am ready to enjoy ark with my friends :DDD

Issue at first, but support resolved it
Although the server didn’t work right after purchase, the issue was eventually resolved by support. The response time was around 7–8 hours after opening the ticket. Once they replied, the problem was fixed and everything worked as expected.
