Grand Canyon & Hoover Dam

The day started great and ended great. Our driver, Dwain was joyful. His stories and humour were right on que. He throughout went above and beyond. The Grand Canyon was breathtaking as it was a first for us. On the way back we did the Hoover Dam which was worth seeing. Booking the excursion through Grayline is highly recommended.

Rip Off and Disappointed by Graylines Las Vegas

We booked a special day out to the Grand Canyon to include helicopter ride, Skywalk, lunch and time to visit the viewpoints. Grayline failed to notify us until a few days before the trip that the boat ride had been dropped and that there would be no refund! It was too late to try to find an alternative so we were forced to go ahead with the booking and apply for compensation on our return. On the day the itinerary was changed and because our helicopter flight was not until 11.00am by the time we had done that we only has about 1 hour 40 minutes to try to view Eagle Point, do the Skywalk, get lunch and visit the main viewpoint at Guano Point. We didn't get lunch and didn't have time to visit Guano Point! The company are aggressively unhelpful and blame everyone else and refuse to make any kind of refund. Everyone at the venue and the driver of the coach said that Grayline regularly book people on packages that it will be impossible to complete. They have lied to us multiple times, and they have no sympathy for their clients. I just hope that this warning prevents others from being ripped off and disappointed.
