I was sold a vehicle without declaring it had stollen plates history on ppsr. A complete scam, i have purchased cars before from them and had no issues and they were all sight unseen. This time the description was completely misleading and i raised this issue with them, didn’t take the delivery but apparently they are under different management now which is SLATTERY AUCTIONS and these scammers won’t own their mistakes. This is now my last Time buying from Them . If you can’t take the car back then refund the money or rectify the issue. Ridiculous.

My jaguar hit pot hole and busted both left tyres and I managed to slowly drive to Grays Garage, the owner and receptionist made all kinds of excuses, and the staff were ready to help, there was an other customer very angry and arguing in reception, I drove to Alloy wheel repair few yards away and they worked from 2pm until 7 pm to repair my wheels and tyred, that is what I will give 5 points to, A. VOID GRAYS. AVOID GRAYS. IF I COULD GIVE MINUS 5, I WOULD.

I have had very bad experiences with Grays Auctions. I purchased a total of 7 vehicles from them. One major issue involved a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (Lot ID: 0001-9052391). After transporting it from Perth to Port Hedland and spending significant money on repairs, I discovered the odometer had been altered, making the vehicle illegal to register. Grays agreed to take the vehicle back but did not reimburse my repair or transport costs.
Unfortunately, the problems continued. This year, I purchased 3 more vehicles from Perth. Despite sending all required documents, paying all invoices and yard fees, and arranging transport twice, Grays refused to release my vehicles. I have called their helpline more than 20 times, but the issue remains unresolved and my vehicles are still stuck in their yard.
This has caused me serious financial loss, stress, and wasted time. Based on my experience, I strongly advise buyers to be very careful when dealing with Grays Auctions.

The machine I purchased and picked up was running very rough when I got it home. On further inspection the diesel that had been put in it was extremely dirty, almost like mud colour. It turns out the dirty diesel has blocked up the injectors which now need replacing.

Won a bid on an Arlo camera system that was clearly listed as a 3 camera pack. The description stated quantity three. On delivery, I received only two cameras. I lodged a claim immediately. It has been over ten days since purchase with no resolution. Very disappointing experience.

From bidding to pick up all very easy only one critical thing when an auction is sanctioned to finish and there is active bidding it never finishes on the time that is sanctioned. It keeps going. I know that will be on the algorithm but a little bit frustrating when you think you may have won something and the auction keeps going for another 10 - 15 minutes.

They had destroyed the items and offered me a full refund but have not processed it or provided me an update I used funds and went to collect to see destroyed items and boxes with blankets inside instead of the actual items the team had a laugh
