The process was thorough, but slow, and the communication was terrible, with phone calls not being returned in a timely manner, if at all. E mail was a little better, but the firm repeatedly documented my middle name wrong, even though they had my proof of identity documents, including passport and bank statements. Despite me telling them this repeatedly all my documents mention my name incorrectly, I only managed to speak to my conveyancer by telephone twice in the whole process. I was a cash buyer for a property, there were no estate agents or third parties involved other than myself and the vendor. The whole process took over 6 months, I will not be using their service again, Graysons took over my previous solicitors firm of favell, smith and Lawson with whom I had a much better experience when purchasing a property.

Isabel gave us clear guidance on our wills, included our non-standard preferences and kept us informed of progress. We felt reassured that we were doing the right thing.

First of all the office is easy to get to for me, there’s a parking place,pleasant surroundings l was attended to almost straight away every thing has been explained to me, l didn’t feel rushed,that’s all I can say really
