No communication, or items??

I placed an order on October 31st, I needed to contact them as I have a query about my order, but, I just can't get hold of them, emails bounce straight back and phone goes straight to voice mail, and, its not even a business answer phone, I left a message, but, no call back either, I am really concerned I am not going to get my items, I really needed them for next week, but, doesn't look like I am getting them at all, order just says processing, if someone could contact me, that would be ideal please.

Next day delivery was promised by…

Next day delivery was promised by company on 23rd December and extra delivery charges were made but goods did not arrive until after Christmas.
Maybe as a sign of goodwill the extra charges should be refunded.
No apology, or explanation, has been received.

The only thing we have failed on Noelene is not responding to your first 2 start review. To be clear here, on the 21st December we placed a large green banner that went across every page of the website that said “Whilst we are still dispatching orders DPD do not guarantee it will be delivered before Christmas” and our Delivery Information page said that the last day for Guaranteed Christmas delivery was 12:00 on the 21st December. You placed your order on Friday 23rd December with standard delivery, choosing not to pay for Saturday delivery or paying any additional charges. Your order was therefore dispatched in line with the standard delivery and not received by the recipient until after Christmas. We have had no communication with yourself via email or phone and the only communication you have from us is our system generated emails advising of the dispatch so I fail to see how this is our fault.
