Like the idea of buying British made products but loved the handmade basket ordered but very small for the money paid. I do think more people would be more keen to buy things from this country but to expensive. Also the delivery was slow. Xx

It was a simple doorstop which should have arrived on time but in fact I have had to email numerous times to find out where it is. All I got told was it had been posted.

I love buying British products but this company is not good when it comes to buying British products plus you cannot get in touch to speak to anyone.

Also they keep emailing to ask for a review.

Rubbish

Marvellous service from Jake and Ann at Homebase, Upton, Wirral. We struggled after buying a lawnmower to assemble it. After many attempts we took it back and Jake very kindly assembled it for us with no difficulty. Very cheerful and helpful. Thanks

Really pretty card purchased from the national trust. Easy ordering and fast efficient delivery. Great quality. Nice to support British Companies, however large or small they are.

The product, to the best of my knowledge, is adequate. The delivery arrangements, however, were not. I requested that the items be sent to an address in Devon as a Christmas present. They arrived at my home address in Kent and had to be re-packaged and sent on - at some expense to myself - to arrive in time for Christmas. My delivery instruction were ignored by your company and this resulted in expense and inconvenience to me and could have resulted in my brother-in-law not receiving his Christmas present in time for the big day. I will not be using your company again and neither will I recommend it to others. Delivery arrangements are important and should be adhered to.
