Easy or ordering and paying was excellent. The products arrived well packed and beautifully presented (regretted having to open up to check). Was pleased to be purchasing genuine British made products and supporting local businesses. Extra thrill was that my order merited a tree being planted.

Very happy to find a company such as this which advocates buying wares produced in the country in which one lives and seems to follow up on its promises but for me to be a more persistent customer, I would like more in depth information about sourcing easily available; the products are thoughtfully designed and good quality
