Hat arrived damaged and not the right…

Hat arrived damaged and not the right size ordered
Since I posted this I have received a full refund. And they have informed me they are implement a new packaging.

We always aim to send every order in perfect condition, and your feedback has helped us identify where we can improve. Since your order, we’ve upgraded our packaging to provide extra protection during delivery to avoid issues like this happening again.
Regarding the sizing, these hats are sold as a one-size item (57cm–61cm), so you would have received the correct size. We understand sizing can sometimes feel different depending on fit, so we refunded you the full amount including delivery and let you keep the hat to save you the trouble of returning it.
