Ordered a fitness tracker, re eived a confirmation email then nothing. So sick of these online scams. Don't order anything from these scoundrels!!!

Shocking company. Avoid like the plague. Totally ignored any attempt to gain replacement or refund for two children’s fitness tracker watches. Two very disappointed kids and out of pocket for £50.

total piece of rubbish tehy are con artists false advertising and cheap product and you cannot contact them they dont answer stay well away

Appalling product. Didn't work. Although communication was responded to hopeless resolution.
As all those before me I was offered 35%, then 60% refund and still out of pocket.

NOT WORTH THE RISK - they don’t live up to UK consumer rights. Sent us a faulty product and wanted us to ship it back to China at our own cost! They offered a 35% refund if I didn’t return it. They bumped this to 60% when I complained but I’m still out of pocket £10.

Truly a terrible product, to think they’re selling the watch/pedometer for £119 when not on sale.
Date - constantly changes
Heart rate - aparently the same when doing intense exercising AND resting.
Step count - occasionally just decides to reset at random times
Battery - terrible
I wouldn’t recommend buying this product.

I've sent emails upon emails 4 in the last week, 2 weeks ago, they confirmed I could get full refund upon return, been waiting for email confirmation of the address, no reply. Will be reporting now

Bought a fitness tracker I'm purple. When it eventually arrived it was a cheap plastic pink, looked like a cracker toy watch. It didn't work so I emailed asking for returns advice. Got an email back advising I could send it back at my expense or keep it and have 35% refund. I told them this was unacceptable, it wasn't of merchantable quality and expected s full refund. They wanted a video of it not working but I refused and reiterated I wanted a refund. They then offered 60% refund. In the end I threatened them with the fraud team at my bank and trading standards. Got a full refund and don't have to return the rubbish they sent. DO NOT be fobbed off, insist you will report them to your bank's fraud team.

wish i never bothered with this website, item was poor quality and I am trying to have it returned but nobody is answering the support email messages.
when buying from banggood or Wish one at least has low realistic expectations, but this website was pretending to be more than cheap c**p

Ordered a ‘Smart Watch Samsung & iPhone Devices Compatible Premium Smartwatch’ for £24.99 – I just wanted a cheap watch that looked modern and cool!
Arrived ahead of time. Downloaded the ‘FitPro’ App from the Google store and paired/connected phone with the watch, no worries. Setting up the watch was easy. Trouble was the time/date telling face did not appear as shown on the webpage.
I emailed GreatLarge and got a reply next day. Turned out that there is no watch face. The item is only a fitness tracker device like FitBit. I wanted a watch.
GreatLarge apologised for the trouble. I received a full refund and told to keep the item (I’ll be taking it to the local kiddies cancer hospice charity shop – I’ve no use for a fitness tracker).

I sent for a watch which I have not received. Trying to track it doesn’t work. I have tried to get in touch using their so-called support but my emails just get returned. They have had my money and I think they are a big con. I advise any one NOT to buy from this company. I wouldn’t have given them one star if it was possible.Bad Bad Bad.

They took the money super fast and have sent me an item and keep sending me a fake tracking number.
They are taking peoples money only , they dont send you items instead stealing your money.

I brought a smart band watch for my daughters birthday October 2020.
The watch wasn't working, so I emailed and they emailed back to say to return the item or they can give back the 35% not to bother with return. I wasn't happy with it and said I would accept 80% and still losing out on my money on something that's not working. I still have to buy my daughters birthday gift.
Since then I don't get a response it's been 1 week and still no response from great large.
NO MONEY RETURNED, VERY UNRELIABLE COMPANY , THE SMART BAND DOES NOT WORK, LOOKS LIKE A TOY , DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

Bought a watch from them but it wasn't what I wanted so asked to return it. Their returns info says it can be returned within 45 days. You have to email them first. I didn't get a reply until I chased up 2 weeks later. They told me I had to return the item back to China! Or I could get a 35% refund and keep the item. If I had known this wasn't a UK business I never would have bought from them.
