On September 27th l took a return trip…

On September 27th l took a return trip from London to Norwich, on the return we were delayed 50 minutes, l recieved a email next day letting me know l can apply for a delay compensation of £23 .. so great l applied, being older l missed some information.. so it was declined. I called a agent told me what l did wrong and resubmitted, now it's declined again ???. Because they could not see the schedule trip???.. YOU SENT ME THE EMAIL SAYING APPLY, WHAT SCHEDULE ARE YOU LOOKING AT.. they do not want to pay anything so they make you jump through hoops til you quit.. being 74 the money would of helped.. I'm to old to let these jerks mess me about. Disgruntled pensioner..

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Staff are so rude.
Ask them for help and they either act like your stupid with comments like ‘I can’t keep telling people, look at the sign’, despite announcements saying to ignore the signs for that platform (London Bridge staff) or just tell you the wrong thing completely (their staff told me to get a particular train, and then I got fined at the destination for having the wrong ticket). Outrageous!

I have been travelling on these trains…

I have been travelling on these trains for years from Kings Cross to Kings Lynn .
You can literally never wash your hands due to no water in the toilets . This is a public health issue yet despite m many complaints nothing is ever done . Perhaps someone needs to die of disease first .
