I have just got back from an amazing multi center trip around Thailand.
We stopped off in 3 places and Alex from Great Pacific travels arranged all flights, transfers and accommodation. From start to finish we had no problems at all. The holiday could not have run smoother.

All accommodation was of a high standard and each offered a different vibe meaning we were fully able to experience Thailand's variety.

Alex advised us on everything from time at each location and even the areas to visit. We never felt rushed and was able to do everything we wanted in the time Alex recommend.

Alex was very patient, and listened to what me and my friend wanted to ensure we had the most enjoyable holiday.

This company clearly knows their stuff and I am thankful we went with them as I generally do not believe the holiday would be as good if we tried to plan this our self.

I would recommend this company to anyone. I am in fact off on a solo travel for a couple of months and have got Alex to advise and arrange an itinerary for me.

We booked through Justin at great Pacific Travels. He was very helpful and patient as I bombarded him with e-mails asking questions about our holiday!
We had a great time and the hotels we stayed at were all fantastic. The transfers were well organised and the whole holiday was painless.
Would happily book though Great Pacific travels again.

The reissue was £199.00 that is new news to me. To confirm I had heard correctly I immediately emailed your agent after the phone call reiterated what was said and heard. See below copy the email I sent to your agent after the phone call dated 04.04.17 at 13.32hrs

Dear xxxxx
As already discussed with you today over the phone numerous times we will not be able to travel on the 1st may 2017 as planned. As discussed with you last week 23rd March at 17.00hrs regarding possible changing dates of the flights as we are not able to travel on the date due to
(xxxxx xxxxx text removed for confidential information xxxxxx)

I had suggested possible travelling in November 2017. You told me you would get back to me the next day regarding this, however I did not hear from you or receive any message. Therefore, today I called to enquire and you have stated the price for November 2017 would be £1,999pp.

You also stated that I would need to pay again as you have already paid for the hotels and transfers as well as flights. You stated you have paid for the holiday in full on my behalf and you are loosing money. Therefore if I cannot travel I will loose my deposit. You've also stated that the flight is non refundable or non transferable, which I was not aware of at the time of booking or informed.

Finally can you tell me if the holiday was Atol protected? And if so what is the number?

Why did your agent not clarify the correct fare? It's clear this was a scam to take money from innocent travellers.

From start to finish the help and co-operation I received from everyone at Great Pacific was absolutely second to none. Nothing was too much bother, advice was given in a way that I wasn't made to feel stupid!
